We wanted to find a home so that we could start our family, and to get out of the tiny apartment we've been renting for more than two years. The two of us had no money saved up for closing costs, or any other charges we needed in order to buy a home. John recommended someone to us so that we could have our dream come true.
We told John what areas we wanted to look in, and right away he started sending us options via email to preview. He took us to every home we wanted to see, even the really bad ones (ha!), and never had any complaint. John even took us to view a home more than 30 miles out of his way, three times in about two weeks - that's a great realtor.
